REQUIREMENTS:

Senior certificate or matriculation. a degree or diploma in social science, social work, or a national diploma in employee wellness from a university or college. current registration with the appropriate statutory organisation, such as the SACSSP (South African Council for Social Services Professions). 3 to 5 years of expertise in the field of employee wellness. Human Resources (Employment History) has approved and stamped prior and current experience.

DUTIES:

Ensure the institutional level implementation and upkeep of the policies and processes that will handle the employee wellness programme. Create and oversee employee wellness initiatives based on regulations, market trends, customer demands, and case studies. Keep track of and assess the employee wellness programme. On the basis of pertinent training and expertise, offer assessments, referrals, interventions, appropriate counselling, and aftercare services to institution personnel.

Promote and market EWP services inside the organisation. Make sure that special programmes like HCT and Financial Wellness, which include retirement planning, management, financial education, and absenteeism and drug misuse management, are implemented. to make sure institutional policies and processes that will address the Employee Wellness Programme are implemented and maintained. Create and oversee employee wellness programmes. Keep track of and assess the employee wellness programme. Within the institution, marketing and promotion of the employee wellness program sporting events for the facility’s employees.
