Purpose
Manage shift operations while ensuring service, quality, and productivity standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately for in-store, drive-thru, and online pickups.
• Present food and beverages neatly and on time.
• Ensure orders are accurate and meet customer requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters and dining areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient order flow.
• Resolve minor customer concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Restock essential service items such as cups, lids, sauces, and napkins.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Prepare and grill menu items according to Pedros’ quality and food safety standards while maintaining consistency, speed, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, and grill chicken and other menu items.
• Monitor cooking temperatures, timing, and portion control.
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards.
• Conduct equipment checks and report faults.
• Follow strict hygiene and food safety practices.
• Manage stock rotation and minimise waste.
• Clean grills, workstations, and utensils.
• Assist with stock counts and ingredient preparation.
• Support kitchen operations during busy periods.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen or grilling experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
