Role Objective

Requirements

2 years experience in a sales and/or customer service role

2 years experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry rendering financial advice (advantageous)

Matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualification

Compliance with FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements

Finance or Business related tertiary qualification (desirable)

Driver’s license and own transport (

Duties and Responsibilities

INTERNAL PROCESS

In order to assist and direct potential customers’ decision-making process, engage with them and emphasize the features and advantages of various solutions based on their needs for financial well-being.

To help clients reach their financial objectives, conduct affordability analyses and recommend products that align with their needs.

computed and offered advice on the effects of modifications or new items on taxes and the law.

Precisely record sales, pertinent actions, and client information on the platforms.

Within the stated periods, accurately fulfil all administrative and reporting responsibilities.

Reach predetermined goals for output, quality, and conversion.

Respect legal standards for compliance by following the sales process’s guidelines.

To improve the client’s financial wellness, offer financial advice in accordance with the engagement plan.

CLIENT

Examine customer inquiries within the predetermined service level and make sure the customer gets a response promptly.

Forward client inquiries to the appropriate division or stakeholder.

To guarantee that the client obtains the right services, give clients and stakeholders correct information and guidance.

Report on a regular basis on the services delivered in relation to the service level agreements that have been established and the overall customer targets. Give customers and stakeholders sound recommendations based on your authority and expertise.

Cultivate and preserve connections with customers and other internal and external stakeholders.

Provide suggestions on how to handle consumers fairly and with better customer service in the assigned area.
