Duties:

  • Operate and manage switchboard

  • Answer and transfer calls

  • Record and manage call logs (including private calls)

  • Maintain telephone directory

  • Report faults and ensure repairs

  • Train staff and supervise subordinates

  • Ensure smooth telecom operations
